Chervil (French Parsley)

Chervil, sometimes called French parsley, is a delicate annual herb. Native to regions of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, we have the Romans to thank for planting it across Europe. It has been used as a culinary herb for thousands of years, and is sometimes referred to as “gourmet parsley”.

Lemon Basil
Compared to your average brassica, lemon basil is a bit of a slow coach to grow as a microgreen, but this aromatic micro is worth the wait. As a young microgreen they pack a powerful basil flavour. As the first true leaves develop, the flavour develops, mellowing into a more delicate and aromatic lemon flavour.
Number of seeds: A whopping 2000 seeds (3.5 grams)

Coriander
Coriander is one of the most ancient herbs on record (it was even mentioned in the bible) and has been found in ruins dating back to 5000 B.C. Originally used for both medicinal and culinary purposes, micro coriander has a more tender flavour than its adult form. Even so, it’s a marmite micro herb, and if you’re a coriander-lover it won’t disappoint!

Stunning microgreen kit from @sowfreshofficial. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of this kit, the tubs are recycled plastic and dishwasher safe, it isn’t grown in soil but coir which is a byproduct of coconuts, this alone makes for excellent composting material once your microgreens have grown 🌱 ...I adore the wooden box design.
